The pan’s flat surface enables well to cook food and to keep the food warm.

The given solution makes impossible the situation where liquid flows to the centre of a pan and the rest of the food dries.

When heated, the surface of the pan gets slightly concave from the middle. Ideally suitable for using in an outside kitchen, on a campfire or on a gas burner.

Legs can be removed for easier transport.
