Because of the large cooking area, it can cook 4 pizzas at once. This makes it perfect for cooking other foods, baking, etc. The Igneus Pro 750 has upgraded steel legs which allow air to flow under the oven. It can be fixed down using the security fixing kit.
These upgraded materials means that the Pro 750 will hold its heat for longer than the standard Igneus Classico and as a result it uses less fuel than other less efficient ovens. The double insulation also ensures that the outside of the oven is safe, which is essential in commercial environments.
