The Petersburg Kitchen is a stunning outdoor catering unit with a four-burner gas BBQ, side burner, sink (does not include a tap), plentiful storage and a sleek stainless steel counter top mounted on eight swivel castors, four of which are lockable.
The gas BBQ has four independently controllable 3.5kW stainless steel burners with push and turn piezo ignition. The large 63 x 46.5cm cooking area comprises an enamelled cast iron grill grate and a plancha-style plate. A warming rack enables you to keep food warm, whilst you continue cooking. Aluminium-coated flame tamers protect the burners, reducing flare-ups and optimising heat distribution. The lid has a built-in thermometer enabling you to monitor the temperature in the cooking chamber.
The side burner has a 3.2kW burner with a 61 x 16cm enamelled pot holder and lid.
There is a cupboard with double doors, two side shelves, two chrome-plated storage baskets and six utensil hooks.
The Petersburg Kitchen has a powder-coated framework, complimented by the sleek stainless steel worktop and grill. The working height is 90cm. Supplied with a gas hose and regulator.
