The set includes a stainless steel plancha 28 x 34 cm and a stainless steel burger press with a diameter of 14 cm.

Plancha with a thick bottom made of stainless steel that can cook 4 large burgers up to 14 cm in diameter at once or a variety of grilled dishes, bacon, eggs, pancakes!  You can also bake steaks or seafood – plancha is perfect for this.  Suitable for use on charcoal and gas grills, gas burners and different types of stoves. NB! Not suitable for use on an induction cooker.

Plancha is compatible with the following GrillSymbol grills: Chef, Chef-XL, Chef-NXS, Naked Chef and Naked Chef XL. Fits into larger models (L and XL sizes) of ceramic grills (Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe, Henley Stoves etc.)

 

With a burger press, you can make homemade hamburgers or the best beef steak and grill them on the hot plancha! A strong and handy burger press allows you to press the burger or steak against the hot cooking surface to help the meat cook evenly.
