The Fontana Hybrid Rosso Mangiafuoco Gas & Wood Pizza Oven is a beautiful design which is a high quality and high performance gas fired oven with a large 60×80 cm cooking chamber and manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade Rosso. It has a stunning finish. Above all, this also comes with wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade Rosso flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top and a cooking chamber door.

In addition, the fire floor surface has a high quality refractory chamotte. This is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Rosso Mangiafuoco Hybrid Gas & Wood Pizza Oven oven is again manufactured from high grade 304 Rosso. Furthermore, the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high performance natural rock wool insulation. Finally, this ensures that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot and you can cook your pizzas too perfection!
