Set of Grids: With multiple levels, these grids provide extra cooking space at different temperatures. The two half grids can be adjusted to different heights or removed for easy coal refilling. Experiment with indirect grilling by using the two half-heating plates together or combine direct and indirect grilling with a single heating plate.

Operating Instructions:

Initial Use: For your first three uses, gently heat the Kamado to 100-150°C for an hour and let it cool down. This burn-in process ensures optimal performance.

Regular Maintenance: Keep the upper daisy wheel lubricated with vegetable oil for smooth operation.

Starting a Fire: Place firelighters on the charcoal plate at the bottom, followed by two handfuls of charcoal. Avoid using flammable liquids like gasoline, turpentine, or alcohol.

Safety First: Don't overfill with fuel; five centimeters of charcoal is usually sufficient. Allow the fire to burn until all fuel is consumed and extinguished.

Post-Use Checks: After your first use, inspect and tighten all fasteners. The metal ring connecting the lid to the base may expand when heated.

Outdoor Use: Remember that the Kamado is intended for outdoor use only.

Extinguishing the Fire and Storage:

To extinguish the fire, halt the fuel supply and close all openings and the lid. Avoid using water, which may damage the ceramic.
